I think "gange' refers to the dog's gait, so instead of 'shows good programs', it should be 'has good gaits'

Can anyone else give it a try? I am still unclear about the toes part...

The translation of the first request is:
Medium large, medium strong, excellent expresssion, good structure, normal placement of the front and hindquarters (rear), straight front, somewhat wide stance (space between the front legs is what this is referring to - my words here), normal withers, strong back, good placement, somewhat short croup. Sure temperament.
In the second request, Sunsilver is correct that the translation provided has some errors. It should read:
Large, medium strong, substantial (referring to structure, well built - my words), stretched, good expression, high withers, straight back, somewhat short, slightly sloping croup, good front , very good angulation of hindquarters, straight front, good chest proportions, slightly narrow, shows good gait. Sure Temperament. TSB pronounced (Triebveranlagung---Drive during conflict, Seibstsicherheit---Self
confidence and Belasbarkeit--- Ability to accept/take stress). Outs (this is a reference to the protection work required before the dog can stand for an examination. In the past, dogs need not "out" to continue, but for some years now, the dog must "out" or it is dismissed and cannot complete the stand or Kör.)
