I use 1and1.com to build sites. It is very easy to do yourself which will save you a lot of money. They charge $10 a month. If you need help to set it up you can PM me your contact information and I will try to help you. Good Luck!

Look carefully into what route you go. make sure all that sexy flash is not keeping your site from being viewed with the other website host companies and webmasters.
I had another disaster with using rianjoulie! they build a nice site then they fail on all promises in your service.
I now bought my own web domains and made my own and after the initial 12 bucks I have a website done for two years. Thank goodness I have a wonderful fantastic geeky friend :) I can make changes to my website in seconds and no more fees and expense.
If you can blog you can have a website like this and host it through a domain name. http://www.wolfsongworkshop.com

We use www.inmotionhosting.com It is really easy to DIY. I believe it's about $8 a month and was rated one of the best in PC magazine.
