Hi,

I use 1and1.com to build sites. It is very easy to do yourself which will save you a lot of money. They charge $10 a month. If you need help to set it up you can PM me your contact information and I will try to help you. Good Luck!

I did mine w/Homestead, by Intuit. Very cheap, easy to do. It's not fancy at all, but you can do all the things yourself w/their help that you could do by paying someone else a lot of money. I need to work on mine- a lot, lol, but here it is so you can see how easy it is for someone who isn't a professional to do it.

I will gladly help you if you want me to.

I spent so long with my first website which was homestead and thought everything was fine till a very knowledgable friend showed me different now I shudder at how much money I wasted.

Look carefully into what route you go. make sure all that sexy flash is not keeping your site from being viewed with the other website host companies and webmasters.

I had another disaster with using rianjoulie! they build a nice site then they fail on all promises in your service.

I now bought my own web domains and made my own and after the initial 12 bucks I have a website done for two years. Thank goodness I have a wonderful fantastic geeky friend :) I can make changes to my website in seconds and no more fees and expense.

If you can blog you can have a website like this and host it through a domain name. http://www.wolfsongworkshop.com

Do not use 1&1.com!!!! Their tech support is awful... couldn't tell you what you need to know if your life depended on it and they are only open regular business hours.

We use www.inmotionhosting.com   It is really easy to DIY. I believe it's about $8 a month and was rated one of the best in PC magazine.

Use Host Gator if you want peace of mind. Hands Down no competition. Excellent service and reasonable rates. Give you control of installing all plugins unlike other hosting companies which suck basically
