After 25 years, dealing with European breeders, my experience is this:
Write everything clear in emails, and get them to acknowledge what you want and expect, and cover the whole price ( training, studding,shipping etc ).
Best , sell top quality, most honest , straight forward person/breeder in Germany:
Mr. Friedhlem Bark, kennel GROSS-ZUNDER ......
Mr. Hans-Peter Rieker , kennel VON BAD-BOLL...
Mr. Jurgen Mueller , kennel VOM BEERENHOF....
Any of these I can 100 % recommend ; other breeders had changed terms after we agree on a price, or dogs to be sold, or did not do what was promised , or did not train dog properly , or I just sold that dog or ask for more money afterwards.
ALL the people that I have dealt with from Serbia ,Montenegro , European Union, Romania , which in general had been from big kennels and some of the owners are JUDGES, I will tell you to be very careful and not do any business IN THESE AREAS..
I have lost my money many,many times and know friends that had been in same situation and nowadays is just getting worst everyday: puppies from top males from sieger show at great price to then find out he wasn't related through DNA, dog arrived and paperwork never arrived, females supposed to be bred which were never bred, pay for dogs training that had no training and were advertised as IPO, stud male but no sperm, female advertised as RED and then beige at best, females sold as pregnant and didn't have puppies, or had 7-8 puppies and deliver 1, etc.
Obviously,I am not generalizing and I am sure there are good breeders everywhere,here i am stating the ones I had dealt with that are great and those (who ,were ) I had bad experiences.
I do this to help you, so you won't lose your money,be smart , is better to pay an extra 2,000 Euros and get what you expect. Cheap is problematic,don't let money make your decision for you, most times than not, cheaper is more expensive, way more... Good luck,
