Has anyone tried a product called Peak Performance for muscle/weight gain? If so what results? (Made by Animal Performance Labs). Santa Cruz. Just curious.

I have used it for weight gain on a skinny adolescent male. I like it, but recently I have been using Showstopper & I like that better in terms of weight and coat. I do use their Peak Stride for my older arthritic male. That stuff is a wonderful product, made a huge difference in his life.

I've been using their products since the mid-90's, very pleased with the results.

Whatever happened to a balanced diet?

I don't believe you can get a healthy balanced diet from feeding dry, dead food. A body needs enzymes(from live food) to help it digest it and to keep the body alive. So, if these products have enzymes and pro biotics (which this one does) than not poor dogs, happy dogs.

Gimmick is the word I'd choose, easy money.

Thank you all; and Tasha that is exactly what I am looking for. Tried Joint Rescue to no avail; have 2 seniors both could use some assistance. Both get raw diets. the 10 l/2 year old boy is losing weight as well as muscle tone and would like to find something for him as I think he is getting arthritic also. Will look into Peak STride.

Any other suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thx Nan

I used Peak Glo Coat, I think that is the formula they now call Showstopper. I've considered ordering some and seeing how my young girl does on it. It was very good stuff, I knew a bunch of people who used it and everyone liked it.

I like their products....no complaints...and "YES" you will see a difference.
