I followed the link for this ad for black puppies... just because I'm curious and low and behold I see a picture of my own female being used as the picture of another female who supposedly has puppies on the same page!!! This is the second time someone has tried to use her picture to rip people off!

Ad - http://www.pedigreedatabase.com/german_shepherd_dog/classifieds/113634.html

On their puppies page says that her name is  V Tacksy vom Haus Salztalblick, IPO3, KKL1

and she is bred to SG Herkules von der Agnesburg, SchH3, KKL2

The picture of "Tacksy" is actually a picture of Alyscha vom Amberg.

I see now what you meant...and yes the last link was the same dog, you could tell by the dark line across the dogs' stifles...steph
Just contact them and tell them they are using your dogs photo...and to take it off.

I took it off right away. I am not a scammer, I am selling these dogs straight from the salztalblick kennel. Willie's web guy is not around to update his website so he asked my german friend to sell his litters, so I am advertising them for him. Some how the picture of your dog must have got mixed in. My friend in germany was probably the one who sold you the dog I saw she is related to Paska. Sorry for the mistake. I alerted them in Germany to the fact that they sent the wrong pic and to give me the right one. When you deal with the amount of dogs that they do sometimes they make mistakes, I apologize and took the picture down right away. Your dog is very beautiful, and has a great pedigree!

I can understand a mix up, but the funny thing about this was that the picture has/had been flipped to face the other direction and the Mendely logo has been removed. Not just a mixed up foto, but a doctored photograph to boot.

Thank you very much for removing the picture.

Have you tried putting a watermark on the picture, where it could lead back to your email. There was an American family of four that ended up on a Slovakian grocery store ad that later ended up on the internet.

The picture itself does not belong to me. I have the gracious use of it from its owner. The dog however, does belong to me. Though she is currently for sale.

edited to add - My point was that the dog named was not the dog pictured.

You called him out on that one.....lmao. the photo is doctored. Hard to believe what people will do these days. I have a dog with my kennel name on here that is not from my kennel. Dog name is "GUNNAR VOM EISENHAUS". According to his pedigree he is out of "ALEX VOM EISENHAUS" who I am the proud breeder of. The dog is a longhair which is very possible because there were 2 longhairs in alex's litters so I know he garries the gene. Well good luck with you dogs litter....lol. sincerely. Kurt
