as anyone add a female in season and mated her at the correct time and founder still bleeding

every dog is different, some are ready earlier or later then others....

On What day of her cycle was she bred? Did you friend have LH/progesterone testing done to determine if she was ready?

The original post was about the female bleeding 5 days post 1st time breeding. What happened to the original post and my reply which advised double checking with a vet to make sure there was no tear or infection?
