Elkoorr

I am for a moment in the kittchen and my girl grabs the glass with Irish Cream from the couch table and emties it. I knew she had a taste for beer and red wine.... but Irish Cream???

Who else has a dog with a taste for alcohol? She is the only one of my bunch, and now she is begging for more!

Happy New Years!

Elkoorr, If not for the fact that it's a female, i'd suggested you change her name to "G.S.D.Olive Twist". Sometimes, dogs want to think they're humans, do be amaze or bewildered to find her bathing in your bath bathing and singing a 1975 mid-tempo-rock-music.

Here's Mummys Baby in the 1970's, drinking wine.  Her father had a liking for beer and would bite the tops off beer can, the dustmen must have thought I was a nutter.

My Hary is a complete liquor pig.  He prefers rum.  We really have to watch him.  The other two will turn their nose up at any alcohol.

My golden loves beer or whatever else is lying around. I went outside one summer day and the beer I had just poured in a nice and frosty mug was emptied by the time I went out and came back in. And the damn dog was looking for more. He isn't picky and will drink whatever is available less its hot then he turns his lips up to let me know that its not acceptable.

Our golden enjoys the taste of wine, but my cat likes the fruity drinks - especially Fuzzy Navels. :P

Both of my GSDs have been dipsomaniacs.  Doesn't matter what.  We are not in the habit of letting them indulge but they have let us know they would be happy to finish that off for us.  LOL
