The quickest remedy is to take the dog to a veterinarian. No amount of speculation is going to resolve the issue until you seek professional help for the problem.

Ron,,silly..You did not read my post...I did go to the veterinarian and was giving an UPDATE....so those interested could be educated on the diagnosis and treatment....
