I've been blessed during these difficult economic times gainfully employed with a wonderful job. I have much to be thankful for, specifically my wonderful wife and family. If you know someone that is having financial difficulties, or health problems please remember that Christmas is about giving. The best present you can receive is the look of appreciation in their eyes!!!

Thanks Randy for reminding us.....so many people are ALONE at this time of season....Spread a little JOY and a LITTLE SHEPHERDING to those who have not.

Very True. Actually your post just reminded me of my neighbour that has no family to share Christmas with. I'll extend an invitation to him to come and eat with us. This can be a very sad and depressing time of year for some.
My parents were always very good at extending a hand to those not so fortunate. I'd like to slow down this wheel that I'm on and try and be half of what they are.
Merry Christmas, and all the best in the New Year to you and yours. :)
