For anyone following the case, the pretrial hearing against Kimberly Nizato has been postponed again.

BTW: Courage, who was only 37 pounds when he was rescued, now weighs in at 90!

I try so very hard to try to understand why pos like that person do the terrible things they do to helpless and innocent animals ! And making matters worse she is or was a vet tech who saw the worst things done to innocent animals! Now my tax dollar goes to defending that pos in criminal court1 People like that need a bullet in the head and done in public that would serve as a lesson and deterrant to future animal abusers!I hate to feel that way but every other approah has been tried and failed! Mans heart is desperately wicked and who can know it! Off with her head says the queen of hearts! Courage looks to be very happy now thank God for that!

He is such a handsome dog now. It is a miracle that he survived...poor defenseless boy -- he must have been in terrible pain. I shiver when I think about him not being fed for 5-8 weeks and eating dirt. How cruel.
I am going to buy the Courage Calendar from Zazzle.com.

I'd like to know why the court system is allowing tax dollars to be wasted by delaying this trial. The longer the delay the more of a slap in the face to Courage and what he endured at the hands of that pos.

How many times can they request a delay? Doesn't the lawyer need a "good reason" to request a delay? I can't stand to look at that woman's mean face -- it makes me so angry.

somebody's getting pockets lined....besides the lawyers involved. Makes me wonder if the Bell community has control of all of this.

Might look up the lawyer on the The State Bar of California. He was disciplined a couple of times if this is the correct name.
