Uh, those two links are pet magazines.  You can buy them in pet stores and they are generic information about the breed.  I'm not sure that's quite what the OP meant.

USA Schutzhund magazine has been my  best for years..I do not get it now but my partner does...

I refer to it all the time and it keeps you up to date with people in the Sport also...and tons of names and places ...

I was also given a subscription for Christamas to

The Whole Dog Journal   ---  A monthly Guide to natural dog care and training....

and they have BOOKs always available thru them but you have choice to buy what you are looking for and to find out what dogs  working people do refer you to.....

There is a long line of books especially written by some of our workingline breeders and seminar holders here in USA>>>

What about this one?  Police K-9 magazine.

http://www.policek9magazine.net/

I picked up a copy at the WUSV and it had a good article in that issue about teaching tracking.  We're talking tracking on sidewalks and through parking lots.  Makes the grassy field tracking a real pleasure after that!

or this one:  K9 Cop magazine.

They might have more of the working articles you're looking for.  They also advertise seminars, and often you don't have to be law enforcement or military to attend.
