My fiancee just commented that he saw four squad cars in front of this place on his way home, maybe 5-10 minutes from home.

It's strange to me that this place is referred to as a "shelter" when the sign out front clearly refers to it as a boarding/grooming facility. To be honest, this place has looked abandoned some time, I never would have guessed there were dogs in there, we assumed the place had shut down months ago.

Here's a video, you can see it doesn't say "shelter" or "rescue" anywhere on this building. Never has. Very, very strange and incredibly sad. If these are people pets left for boarding....it send chills down my spine.

I just saw the story on the news.
Another senseless tragedy that shouldn't have happened.
Sad!

God that is sickening also. Even worse than the local one here, since that one had animals that died in it...
