Opinions wanted for best either Kennel or small breeder for Working dogs for high level sport and police dogs with West german lines only and with best health warranty and for say pups costing 1800 or less ?

I would call Mike Diehl. He can point you in the right direction. He is probably the most successful guy I know in both venues in the US. I wouldn't limit myself to west lines only. A good dog is a good dog.
Nate Harves is another guy that can help you.
