I sent money for a dog to Anrebri kennel. The dog had a broken tail. I was offered  my money back if I didnt want the dog. I was told my money was sent back on Nov 20., its still not received. Emails go unanswered. I have seen "Friends"  of Renata post here before. Can anyone vouch for this kennel's reputation? Is my money just gone forever for no reason? I just received my disability back pay and I wont have that kind of money again. Is there anything I can do?

 I can say I have a friend who bought a puppy from them and received it healthy and as per described and seen in pics. In general I can say it is unlikely they would steal the money and not send the paid for dog. In your case hopefully it is true they sent you back your money and that would be a good thing on their side, maybe if it is a transfer through a bank it takes sometime. But it is important for us to know at the end whether you receive the money back or not, so please update us.

 Did you talk to Rudolph? I thought Reneta didn't speak english? I talked to Rudolph in the past who does.

The classified adds are pretty much dominated by Anrebri adds. So as much marketing as they do I'm sure they will make it right with you.

I talked to Krisari. I didnt feel I had to worry dealing with the kennel as I felt they were highly reputable. I have asked if the sending info can be double checked to see if maybe there was a mistake, but I get no reply. I WILL DEFINITELY let you know what happens. I dont think they just kept my money, but I have asked them to help me track it down and I get no reply. Thank you, by the way, for your insights everyone.

Hello Christina,  A friend and I purchased two "outstanding" puppies from Anrebri almost two years ago. We delt with Rudolph in Canada as he speaks English. Everything went perfect.  Hopefully you will get your refund soon.  I have been shocked at all the dogs they have been offering for sale the last year.....why so many?

Did you actually receive the dog and then send it back or did someone tell you that her tail was broken before they sent her?

When I sent the money (Nov 12)  I emailed and told them the money was sent. (I also sent pymt to Petair also) They said they had been lied to in the past by other people and asked me to scan a copy of the sending document so they were sure I had actually sent the money. Well, I went thru my credit union, not western union, and I didnt have a document, all I had was a confirmation number. I did have the rec't for the deposit into my account for the wire so I scanned that instead. I didnt know how else to prove I had actually done it, I wasnt lying to them. This was on a thursday. On friday Krisari emailed me and said that because they had not rec'd the money yet, going into the weekend, they had another buyer coming on Saturday. We were crushed. We waited to hear from them on Monday, and when we didnt hear we figured the dog had been sold. I emailed and asked when the money would be returned. Krisari emailed me back and said that she was still available, but had suffered a broken tail at someone elses home. I was told if I didnt want the dog they would return my money or offer me another dog. They sent me three other dogs info to consider. We decided we didnt want the dog with the broken tail, but we certainly felt sorry for the dog. We didnt want the other dogs they offered and politely requested the money be returned. On Nov. 20 Krisari emailed me and said the money had been sent. As of this morning my credit union has no record of receiving the wire. I have emailed asking for them to check the sending info to see if there was a mistake somehow and it went to someone else. I get no reply. I have been very patient, polite, and respectful, only asking for their help to track it down, never implying I have been done wrong. I have even told them I had the money because I finally , after 3 1/2 yrs, got my disability, and I wont have that kind of money again. No response.
