They been calling for 15-30cm here day and night for the last two days, and we've only gotten maybe 2cm. Not that I'm complaining,,,  I guess you have gotten our snow Vianden!

BTW, you have VERY nice looking dogs!  Great pics, thanks for sharing.

Beautiful dogs, and seeing them jump for the branches is too funny! I wish I'd get snow here, but seeing your photos is almost as good. Thanks for sharing.

Yes, we got slammed up here.  I live about forty or fifty miles north of Vianden, and here, we ended up with somewhere around sixteen to twenty inches of the precious white stuff!  We spend yesterday digging out, and clearing a big parking lot, and now we've got more forecast for the rest of the week!

The meteorologist says we can thank "La Nina" for this heavy snow pattern, but it just follows the pattern of this year, I think.  We never had a single, truly HOT day here, never made the high nineties, much less break 100, and we had LOTS of rain for the summer.  Most people's gardens didn't do very well.  Good part was we didn't have any major fire season this year, so thank God for that.

The dogs love the snow though, running and playing in it, though Oakley is having to get used to the change in her perception of the world around her now that there are snow piles and things are taller!
