The meteorologist says we can thank "La Nina" for this heavy snow pattern, but it just follows the pattern of this year, I think. We never had a single, truly HOT day here, never made the high nineties, much less break 100, and we had LOTS of rain for the summer. Most people's gardens didn't do very well. Good part was we didn't have any major fire season this year, so thank God for that.
The dogs love the snow though, running and playing in it, though Oakley is having to get used to the change in her perception of the world around her now that there are snow piles and things are taller!
