I currently have insurance that I found off the AKC website. I pay 50 dollars a month, an annual 120 dollars deductible and a co-pay of 20%. Does anyone know of any other pet insurance agencies with better deals? Is it really worth it?

Honestly, if you can I would just put the same amount of money in a savings account specifically for dog health emergencies, you will end up saving more money, the hard part is keeping it for emergencies and not dipping in for other things!
