This could have been on here and I had not seen it, but did anyone see on the News yesterday, that the dog "Target" that saved 20 mens lives, One Soldier brought him to the US, Guess he was on Oprah also, He got out of his owners back yard, was pick up by the dog police, and put down as soon as he got to the pound...He looked to be a GS Mix...I can't seem to wrap my head around this...So terribly sad. Lida

I am really not sure, it had such a short mention on the news, Watched again this am, and no mention of it...Maybe google Targert hero dog.

OH Gosh! SoSo so SAD! Even after he had paid the fee the very same day the dog was picked up! It would not have mattered if the dog was tagged or microchipped, because the staff was irresponsible. No excuses, the shelter should pay.
