I'm filling a wall with black and white photos so I shot these this morning of Chase. He'll be a year old in about a week. Just thought I'd share.

Beautiful photos! I love b&w photos, too, as you see in my avatar....

Thank you all so much for the nice comments. I've admired all your dogs as well whenever you post photos. I feel extremely lucky to have Chase. I take him so many places (schools, sporting events, farmer's markets and more), and a day never goes by without someone trying to buy him. Needless to say, there's no amount of money that would persuade me to sell him, and I've been offered insane amounts.
In fact, I'm beginning a search for a new dog to share our home with since my pyr is very old and her health is failing. Hopefully, I'll find a lovely, older, spayed sable or bicolor bitch to join our family in 2011.

would you elaborate a little on the shooting proceedures you used for black & white pictures??? digital or film ! been so long since I viewed b&w ! forgot if it can be done with a digital camera??

Raymond, you can change any digital photo to B&W or even sepia tone, for that real old look with photo editing.
