Does it have to be a UScA club?  If you're just looking for a place to train, you might give Steve a call: www.schutzhund-trainer.com/

I am sorry you are having such difficulties contacting a club. It is unfortunate and not wholly acceptable at all. If your calls/emails were during the first week of November, it may be that the contacts were in Carson City at the nationals. Also, there was a death in the family of the regional director. That understandably may affect the speed of communications. Some clubs may be at capacity, as far as members, too. But, try contacting the regional director for that area, Pedro Jimenez, for help in locating a club that you would like to train with: Pedro Jimenez 46817 Backwater Drive Sterling, VA 20164-8691 703-444-9123 I am sorry, I have no clue about the distances, but you might want to look into Rivanna, if it is not too far. It is a good club with good people. They have one of the best and most helpful trainer/helpers going, too (Armin Winkler). The club in Abington is nothing but a paper club for the most part. I tried I don't know how many times over the years to contact Jim Hall just to make a visit to get my dog on a different field.

Exactly where are you located? Schutzhund Village is a good place but there is no training there atm.

I'm in the Roanoke Valley area.
