Hi Bundishep
If you google zueurkannt it will show a page from the PD message board from Jun  of 2006. Bob-O gives an excellent explaination of the meaning of the word.

There's no need to search the database. The term means "awarded" just as written above. It comes from a time before passing hips were scored as "a" Normal, "a" fast Normal, and "a" noch Zugelassen.

It was the same practice once followed by the O.F.A. before they began to classify passing hips as "excellent", "good", and "fair". I think they just used the term "Normal" to cover all of the passing specimens.. I am not sure when either organization began to apply scores, but I think the S.V. was the first one to do so during the early 1980's or so.

Both organizations began to examine and grade hips during the 1960's.

Best Regards,
Bob-O
