The WUSV General Assembly meeting was held Sept.6, 2010, the day following the SV Siegerschau in Nuernberg.

As I understand the interpretation, this is what it says:

"If there are two or more WUSV Member Clubs in one Member Country, each Member Club is obliged to allow the members of the other Member Clubs in the country to participate in its events unless the member is under suspension by the event giving club."

This means that any GSDCA-WDA member who is also a member of the GSDCA cannot be denied entry to a UScA event, even if they are not a UScA member and visa versa. As I understand it, this means Schutzhund trials, breed survey, and conformation shows at all levels.

This became effective as of that date. USCA and GSDCA were represented at the Assembly.

This could be confirmed or clarified by the meeting minutes or a call to the WUSV.

That is good news, as I for one, am tired of being a part of a power struggle by these opposing organizations.

if thats true who would want to? Trial under a UScA judge being a member of GSDCA - WDA would be a waste of your entry fee, you would never get a passing score. sad but true.

I don't think their judges are that petty, and I like to train and trial with both cause i have friends, know good people and good dogs in both.  This is good news if true.

UScA had already changed the rules for the Seiger Show entry and had posted on their website that WUSV club members could enter and not be UScA members. However GSDCA-WDA members will NOT be able to enter trials. GSDCA-WDA is NOT a WUSV member, the GSDCA is. But the GSDCA does NOT issue scorebooks, so UScA will not certify the scorebook, so you will NOT be allowed to enter UScA Schutzhund trials. If someone resides in USA they MUST have their scorebook certified by UScA to enter a trial. If GSDCA issued biting dog sport scorebooks, then someone could join GSDCA get a scorebook, send it to UScA, pay $40 to have it certified and then would be able to enter. But this does NOTHING for WDA members unless GSDCA takes over schutzhund. However I do not believe that GSDCA will ever issue biting dog sport scorebooks and thus GSDCA or GSDCA-WDA members will NOT be able to enter USCA Schutzhund trials.

From UScA website:

USA does not recognize WDA books, nor does USA certify WDA books.

Of course they are that petty, THEY voted for the j.a. and are against the WDA. It opened up the podium for themselves! Its all about the trophies all they did was eliminate half of the high level competitors.

Dear Frank (aka Unknown),

The interpretation of this will be left to the WUSV, won't it?

I do not believe the WUSV can tell UScA they must recognize a scorebook from a NON WUSV member organization. I am not trying to start a fight or argue, I could be wrong and maybe they will say UScA must recognize any scorebook, but I doubt it as WDA is not recognized by WUSV either, why would they make UScA recognize them?

My thought is all you need to do is have dogs in co-ownership with somebody that is a UScA member and get their score book.  A UScA scorebook is good at any GSDCA-WDA Trial, Breedsurvey or Show as long as the titles are done under SV recognised judges.

This rule will be tested and if denied it will be documented and sent to the WUSV and we all will see if the WUSV will add sanctions or not, we will see how big of balls UScA has!
