Red Sable, this one is for you too

I have one more bunch of roses left, if one more lady joins in in the coming 15 minutes she gets  them.

yR, that is too funny. Thanks for sharing. RedSable: how exciting to have a horse compete for 54 k. Good luck. Let us know how it goes. Big party at your house if your horse places first?

Beautiful roses, Ibrahim!

YR, love the light at the end of the tunnel...I've known a few dogs I figured you could shine a light straight through and see light!  LOL!

Thanks  Davren, I could use a lot of racing luck, and you betcha, party for the next week!

A little too much excitement though, my stomach is in knots.

Hi nona, he is a Standardbred. Kinda a rags to riches story ( if he wins tonight it will be anyway, ;) ) as he was given to me because they couldn't  get him to the track.

He is in a series of non winners of 10,000. He got third in the first round, won by 5.5 lengths in the second round, and tonight is the final.  He is going to have a tough trip as the favourite got the inside rail position.  Definitely an advantage on a half mile track.
Anyway, just hoping for the best, and God willing he'll do fine.  My family is coming to watch, which just adds to the pressure.

I'll be glad when it's over, my nerves are shot!
