I was looking at the German Shepherd forum and saw this post, I was wondering if any of you had read it and if you can clairify if they are just proposed changes or if they are new rules for January 2011.

The matter was discussed at the GBM. I believe it was said they have accepted by the FCI working commission, but have not yet received full approval. Once they receive full approval USA will post them and they will go into effect 90 days later.
