My miracle drink is V8. I have no problem drinking my vegetables.

 I just want to ad that I've just tried this juice and I tell it may really work because its taste is nearer to medicine rather than juice, lol.

 A store bought juice blend of 8 Vegetables, but you have to like tomatoes.

...and salt.

Carrots are very good for us, as are apples, but with apples it is best to buy organic if possible.  Potatoes?  I'm not so sure.  Sweet potatoes are a miracle food, but when I went on my cleansing diet, I was told to avoid regular potatoes.

The do make it with less salt, but you are right, without some salt it doesn't taste so good.

Red Sable, I hear you say organic and the other day someone mentioned chicken (a sort of chicken which is not natural) sorry I don't remember what exactly he/she called it, what I want to say is we don't have this complexity here yet, meat and vegs are still natural as they should be except some use hormones which are frightening to me and maybe that is why we see more cancer attacks on human !!!
