All we hear about is how the USCA members voted in changes last year. THAT IS NOT TRUE.

If the members were really the ones that “voted it in”, then the voting method would have a different set up.

Help me. I am a researcher and academic.

  2009 USCA GBM had 19 (EB) at the meeting. Thats Officers, Regionals and Directors at Large

What members did these positions listen to and vote for? None of the officers and regional directors represents a member. They represent a position. If someone jumps in and states that the DALs represent the members, go ahead and list the members by DAL or region that they represent. They do not represent anyone and are not accountable to anyone. They do not do anything. And how do the RDs vote? Based on what? They do not ask they clubs for imput they vote based on what they want or the EB wants. My RD did not contact any. They voted on what they wanted.

That leaves the clubs that are supposed to vote based on the membership. Based on the list, there were 49 club delegates at the start of the meeting. How did that group of delegates represent the membership REALLY vote?

So, explain to everyone how the members truly voted in the changes for USCA last year.

I don't think anyone is saying it was the members. The number of people who voted has been a very public topic of discussion for some time, especially in regards to some UScA members feeling misrepresented by said voters.

Hopefully it's all a moot point soon.

I am not stating it was the members. You must read the content of the post, please.

Vote was adversely impacted, similar to stuffing ballot boxes, by the officers of the EB. They vote as a block and do not represent members. The directors at large, legally can not vote, do not represent members. There are 10 votes represented.

I am asking the people that constantly post claiming that the members voted it in to explain their said statements. 
Automatically, there is at least 10 votes of non- representation voting.  Bring in the regional directors.  Most do not respond to the members and clubs and vote how they want.

I must be off to prepare for class.

 The delegates present at the meeting VOTED.......

I only hope that after this meeting that the usca leadership will take a long and good look at what the membership wants!I love both the usca and wda and feel  that they should have the dogs and memberships best interest at heart! A house divided will never stand!

 Where is all the uproar with the leadership, or lack there of, with WDA??? I love how the "grassroots" people think they are without fault!
