Hello, My three months old workinline puppy piddles a lot when first greeting anyone, before opening the crate door, befor putting down the food bowl etc. He is clean in the crate all night. Is this submissive or excited behavior, will it go away on it's own? Had three puppies before none did that.

Submissive urination is something pups usually outgrow. It has nothing to do with housetraining which is why he is good in the crate all night. When you or anyone else greets him, don't make a big deal about it, no eye contact, talking, nothing. Completely ignore him until he settles down and then talk in a low, soothing tone. When you open the crate door, same thing. Don't look at him or speak, should lower his level of excitement. Hope that helps!

This sounds normal for many puppies at this age. It is hard for them to contain their exitement and their urine at the same time. The advice by VBK9 is good, and the puppy should easily outgrow this behaviour.
