Kalibeck

In the local Philly news has been a story about a beautiful Siberian Husky that got away from his owner, & was found, SAWED IN HALF on someones back porch! OMG! What kind of sicko does that to a dog! The owners had to identify the dog, & of course were on video sobbing...their family videos were also broadcast, with the dog, named Chico, saying "I love you" on cue. I sat there & cried. How could any one do this to a dog? There's a $2000.00 reward for anyone that has info that leads to the arrest & conviction of who ever committed this heinous crime. The local police say they have a lot of leads on this, & they expect to arrest the low life soon. May he rot in hell!

It's VERY unfortunate that people do this, but I know having a pack of Huskies no matter what they look like.......someone thinks they look like a wolf or wolf hybrid so they will kill it as if they got a trophy or did something great.  I brought one of mine into a store one time, she does look like a wolf.  A guy froze in his tracks and clinged back against the wall asking if my wolf was going to bite him.    I tried to be nice to the guy, but the guy was literally shaking and scared out of his mind.   Recently another guy asked if my dogs had any wolf in them and if they bite.....usually I tell people in the right situation any dog will bite, but I looked at him and said if I tell him to he will.  My Huskies wouldn't bite anyone (unless in the right situation like I said), I just know how people are about any dog that may "look" wolf like to the public.  But around here, if people see Huskies loose they end up shot.

That is absolutely disgusting!  I agree with vonissk-that person needs to be sawed in half!  I really don't think animal abuse is taken seriously enough.  They need to be punished as if that was a person b/c anyone who does that is EVIL and needs to be removed!!

Yes - stories like yours up north and these down here in Florida really explain why I don't like people.

Keep us posted Jackie.  We all want to hear that they caught the bastard.  Hopefully, some dog lover will find him first and the cops can just pick up the pieces...POS sick bastard.  Oh, how I'd love to get a hold of him.
