Actually, found my answer, kind of. Are SV rules for extending a breed survey the same as USA?

not sure what you mean with extending a breed survey? Are you inquiring about a pregnant female getting a one year extension? If so, that regulation does not exist anymore. I report on these meetings and the bylaw changes immediately when they take place. This year, they cancelled that regulation, effective immediately.
