They lie and cheat! I order 40 collars from this joke of a company after many communications that they would get the right collars I wanted from Herm Sprenger, and they send the wrong collars!!!!! I told them and they pretty much told be "too bad american- we don't care!!!". I am so mad!!! I only bought from this company because Herm Sprenger said I had to get my collars through them. What a joke this company is. Scam Americans. Nice.
I give the Germans so much business its crazy, and this is how they treat me. Nice. Im so sick of it. Im done! If you want a product, don't bother with this company, you wont get what you paid for and they wont do a thing about it!!!!!

I have always done that, I wanted to order from Herm direct on a regular basis. They said I had to go to this S>> joke of a company. Who sends the wrong product. Nice.

There goes the stereotypes again...well you probably had some errors in communication!
I order from Dogsportgear.com and get everything I need. If you want to order directly, go to Herm Springer and not to another retailer. Mistakes happen, just send the collars back and let them send you the right ones without shipping charge...
