Does anyone know if there is any videos of this dog anywhere or any other pictures or info about him?

No one?

Felloffher my thoughts exactly. I thought at least someone would have something to share about Kaso. My boy is linebred on him, that's one reason I was wanting to know.

Hans knows, but for some strange reason, he's nowhere to be found. Hmmmm......................

There's about a half dozen black & white pics of him doing a baggage search exercise on the Art z Lipin website last I checked. I've never seen video, but he appears to be a main source for working drives among czech pedigreed dogs. Produced particularly well through his daughters, being the maternal grandsire of multiple "famous" czech dogs (Tom, Grim, Chuligan, Xero). Xero z Pohraniční stráze was also linebred 3-2 on Kaso, and consistently produced pups with a very early presence of strong working drives.

Yeah he(Xero) produced strong working drives bad hips and spondylosis.

I have them it is a series of him doing search for wepons. I am trying to figure if they are of actual Kaso .

Kaso was around for short time only. . He produced some, but, more importantly, his progeny produced many. Now that is a sign of excellent dog.
Kaso is an excellent dog to have on the pedigree.
He died young maybe of torsion of the stomach or other intestinal problem or infection.

Like so many other imperfect producers that are still in use that we yet know nothing about. Xero began his breeding career long enough ago to determine what breed combinations have better served to utilize his strengths, and which had exploited his weaknesses. If you have some personal dislike for Xero, then you have both missed my point and seem to be straying a bit off topic. Kaso's phenotype is more fixed in Xero, whose genotype would produce "what he is" more consistenly. But more remotely is the possibility that Kaso is a primary cause of undesireable recessives of Xero's genotype in what he throws, unless seen present in Xero himself. Xero at most is only a part contributor to those conditions.

I was not trying to go off topic, only piggy backing on your Xero comment. I think his record for producing bad hips is apparent even if he does produce nice working drives.

I always heard the bad hips being attributed to Grim, or more particularly, linebreeding on Grim. Honestly, Lyn, that's the first time I have heard of Xero being blamed for bad hips and spondylosis.
