Ibrahim go to you tube and search the data base u tube has on tutorials! they have videos which will walk you through learning how to upload your videos from your computer to their site and how to embedd them to other sites! If you spend about one hour exploring the u tube site and learning how it will become a piece of cake to do what you want!

Ok click emed! below to left a box will turn black with writing in it! put cursor in box and right clik till you get copy paste ectect! clik on copy! then go to the pdb site ( helps to have two tabs open simultaneously) go to box we type to reply to a post and left click in the dialouge box! blinking light appears then directly up two tablets will highlight!click on left one! follow dialouge instructions! Paste the embed code! submit! then go to dialouge box again and click update!

Okay now you need to hit source on the editor and paste that code into it and then hit source again and then submit.
