Unfortunately you have now learned that fences don't mean safety.
Yes, there is a shot that can prevent a litter being born but it must be given quickly and you must discuss with your veterinarian any potential side effects.

1. Do an immediate spay of her. (I did not choose this option)
2. Wait and see. One tie on day 18 is not a guarantee. Best case is that she is not pregnant and you just learned a valuable lesson.You might have even missed a couple of days of the heat cycle.
Worse case is if she is pregnant then give her and the puppies the best care available. Beware that if there are complications at birthing that may require a c-section which could be $$$.
Bottom line talk with your Vet and do what is right for the dog.
