You won't see so many judge-entries anywhere else!! http://www.nfwdc.com/Competitors.html

Mystere, if it wasn't ten hours or so, away, I'd love to have popped in to watch, maybe catch someone by surprise. For a second there I thought it would be in New England! I made you a working link, because it looks like a pretty nice place, but it is nearer to Buffalo and Niagra Falls, than me, LOL

Mystere,
Glenn Stephenson...I remember him from 20 years ago. He will be
a judge at this event. He had moved to Camino Island and he could not be
happier. It did not  matter who you were if you showed up at his house when he
was Barbecuing....in about 5 mins you were sitting with a plate of barbecue chicken,
potato salad and beans.  I always hesitate mentioning people from the past, because
I don't want to here bad news. But they don't make many people as nice as Glenn.
He was into Rottweilers when I was training them.

Glen hasn't been into rotties for eons, now. He lived in Maple Valley when he was into rotties. :-) He is a full-out, to -the-bone Mal person, DOJ for AWMA, etc. :-) He also has not lived on Camano Island for years. But, he is back in Washington State. He was at the PNW Regionals this past weekend.

There were 3 notable defector's,....Glen was one. But he had been in a couple
USA trials with his dogs. Back when you could do that. I realized much sooner
than Glen, I was going to have to switch to a German Shepherd or a Malinois, to win.
David Delisagus was the one who really stayed with Rotts the longest. And did win one year.
Even Dean Calderon was training Rotts for USA and you know, I think Ron Gorden.

1992..... I was lucky that year and the following year.  With a German Shepherd.

Eons is not part of my repertoire....sounds to much like outdated. I saw a lot of good dogs back
then.
