Indulge me, please. I-81 and I-77 are interstates, so I presume they cover more than one state. What state/general vicinity was the dog found in?

Side-note to Mod who deleted link in JakodaCD OA's post--I checked the TOS, and don't see where it prohibits links to other websites as a blanket policy, just that links to sites with 'adult' material/images/content are prohibited, as is advertising. I didn't see the link Jakoda posted, but given the context of the post and her history her, I would doubt that it fit in either of those two categories. So what exactly was the TOS violation that resulted in the deletion of a link that appears to have been for a site featuring a lost or escaped dog still being sought?

Just trying to understand the new world order here. Thanks!
