Yes, yes I know, another one. I believe Sibersee wanted to see how he was maturing anyways.

Lovely conformation; beautiful long neck, great expression; looks very happy and confident (love that) nice length of back and really nice rear angulation and a pretty darn good stack. May I ask how old this boy is? If I were to fault him assuming he moves very well I would like to see a bit more shoulder layback. What is his pedigree? Best of luck with him Nanci

Nero is 2.5 years old. I've been working hard on the whole stack thing and I think I have it down pat. There were more then a few pictures that he looked extremely perturbed! LOL
Here is his pedigree www.pedigreedatabase.com/german_shepherd_dog/pedigree/548618.html

For a working line dog, he actually has very good structure! :) He could use a bit more shoulder, and he's a tad stretched (long). If you run him in sand or have him swim regularly, it may very well develop his front. He's got nice pasterns and hocks (from what I can see), nice dark eyes, and he looks very healthy! Black dogs are always difficult to take a good stacked photo of, because you can see every little thing wrong with them--you did a very good job! Beautiful boy.

Thank you Melanie,
If I lived near the beach I would run him there but the only "sand" we have is clay. LOL We have taken him swimming a few times and he's a sinker :) During the first time out in the lake I had the realization that dogs are not born to swim. ( not really, I just never in a million years I thought I would witness it) He loves running in the shallow water and we're working on the swimming part.
Thank you again

Pretty decent stack but his shoulder would look better if you had his front feet underneath him. They are a tad too far in front of him, just about an inch but that can make a big difference. I don't find him too long in the body at all...I do think his neck is a bit too long but it is well formed and flows nicely into his shoulders. He has great rear angulation, good croup, strong back & nice chest. Overall, I find him to be well balanced and nicely built. Very nice dog.
