A dog is out of an untitled female. Female gets titled at a later date. Can the dogs that were born before she was titled ever achieve a VA rating.....???

Pups out of working titled dogs that don't have breed surveys receive white or "Leistungszucht" SV papers. They just aren't entitled to pink papers.

If sire is VA and dam is untitled, but becomes titled and breed surveyed a year later, can those dogs be rated VA.? Is there some type of punishment ( for lack of a better word) for the litter prior to the the titling and breed survey on the dam. I hope this is more clear.....

you see I was under the impression that the breeding practices are the same as in Czech or Slovakia :only titled dogs (breed worthy, proven with breed survey I believe "bonitacia" + breedable hips and now I believe soon also elbows) can have papered puppies. The rest are "bez PP" as we call it and it means no papers.
I remember the lowest breeding qualification was SVV2 now it is SVV1 and in breeds like RTW it only ZM or BH.. even there the requirements are getting lower and lower.. I am waiting for the day when a dog comes on the field, farts loudly and gets his IPO3... sad.
Learning something new every day.
Thanks again

Registering breedings and getting papers is not really what Ruger was asking....
