As of 20 minutes ago, VA1 position is Ober Bad Boll, and I BELIEVE running in the VA3 position is Remo Fichtenschlag. Other than that, I'm not sure....

What I don't understand is that the SV state that changes need to be made in a variety of areas, including construction, and yet the Sieger just continues to promote the same 'brand' of dog every year.

How are they going to manage to address the construction issues this way?  It simply encourages breeders worldwide to continue to emulate (and use, and therefore continue to produce) the same type of dog? When are we going to manage to move forward with this breed?

It is simply a matter of payola to Meyer.

You know, all you guys are doing is belittling and demeaning those people who have taken the time to work their dogs, get their dogs in excellent condition, and bother to show them. I don't see your a$$ in Germany showing your much better looking, new "brand" of dog. Put up or shut up.

As for Louise, you rattle your trap on and on about how people should be doing things the right way (apparently YOUR way), but when they do (the dogs are titled, koer'ed, shown, HD/ED certified) you belittle their accomplishments by saying that the only way their dog went VA or other high rating was by paying off the judge. Give me a break. Look at this year's V5 dog shown in Germany and from the US---let me guess, they must have paid off the judge too? <eyeroll>

I am not saying this just from me--I'm saying it for everyone out there who feels the same-- trust me, there are many people who feel the same way who are too afraid to say anything on this database, for fear of being lambasted by a few big mouths and less brains.

That's all I have to say. I really don't care what you think, so if you feel the need to respond, go for it, but I doubt highly I will read it, so if you're saying it to "put me in my place," feel free...

NBW Meyer was convicted by a court in Germany in his case versus the SV. Of course, he will appeal. Meyer is a silent co-owner of some of the dogs and receives a portion of their stud fees.

At least, the SV posts the show results in a timely matter.
