Does anyone have information to the many dogs that appear with no rating at the USA Sieger Show. Were these dogs pulled, did not show or failed the protection work?

If you are talking about unofficial results at www.mittelwest.com here is the answer.
The only show ratings presented were for dogs that actually were presented in the conformation ring. While we have some information about dogs that may have "pulled" prior to the protection work, or failed the protection test, or pulled after that, we do not have COMPLETE information about that.
So the show ratings presented at Mittelwest relate to the dog presented in the conformation ring. (and those results are unofficial!!) We don't want to pass along 3rd or 4th hand info which would be quite speculative as to why any particular dog was NOT presented in the conformation ring. Please also bear in mind that the weather conditions sound like they were pretty bad. I suspect (but don't know for sure) that there might have been a higher than "normal" withdrawl rate due to that reason alone.
I hope this information helps. We try to only report what we feel resonably accurate about. And if anyone finds any mistakes, please e-mail me at beth@goDTW.com.

Thanks DTW. Do you know which males failed the protection work?

I wasn't there but heard of 3 that failed
(maybe more?)
- Karat's Ulko (out of control off lead to the blind)
- Pulko v. Huhnegrab (failed to engage)
- Carlos v. Streek (failed to engage)
