My male is 8 months old ...he was always much smaller than the chart ranges for weight and height...I would not be too concerned as long as he is eating well and is properly proportioned...ask your vets opinion as well....

Since I'm sooo loved for my charts ;-)
I've never even referred to this for my own dogs. The best rule of thumb is going to have to consider height and bone structure, to determine if the weight is in proper balance. Then also, even pups of the same litter can have growth spurts at times very different from each other.
