Hey!

You didn't tell me you bred Aischa!!!! Or do you have a new female?

Personally I feed a raw diet. You can add a great supplement from K9 power products called Puppy Gold. You can also order salmon oil from them.  I know in the past with kibble diets it was recommended to feed puppy food, but a lot of the kibbles have gone to an all life stages diet. I personally start preparing her body before she is even bred, Either by changing the food or adding a supplement. How far along is she?? and have you prepared a whelping kit?? Did you do or are you planning to have an xray taken to count pups so you know how many to expect?  Something I also keep on hand is vanilla ice cream. It is suposed to help get contractions moving along once labor has started. And she sure enjoys the treat.

Thank you for your advice because I like to ask experienced people because every day I learn something new  I have never heard of ice cream before thanks
a female is mated on Tuesday and today and I plan to once again tomorrow
and both times they were stuck approximately 15-20 minutes

Keep in mind the sperm can live for up to 5 days inside the female. Another breeding may not be needed. Did you do progesterone levels to check that she has ovulated? After ovulation the eggs take a couple days to mature before they can be fertilized. That is why some do progesterone level testing, it will tell you that she has ovulated or not.  Some bitches will breed even though they are not close to ovulating (ie too soon), or will not want to breed until after the eggs are no longer viable(ie too late). Just a thought for future reference. Do you plan to do an ultrasound to confirm pregnancy?? Just wondering.

I did do progesterone and  I also tested the quality of sperm in male and regular test  to both dogs before mating
and I made an appointment with a vet for an ultra sound test
I know that  I sounds a bit confused and seems to not know what I do but after 10 years and much effort and money I decided to have  first litter  and I want to do by all regulations, male and female have hip and elbow SV HD ED A normal and a KKL1
I am a big optimist and I expect a lot from this litter because I seek advice from experienced people I do not want to make a single mistake
