I have started feeding tripe a little over a month now and my dogs coats have never been better. It comes from grass fed cows with no chemicals. My dogs love it and I noticed a link to buy it. I urge all to read this article.

When we lived near and around Memphis, TN, we had many friends, different culture than us, who cooked that along with some "greens" for themselves and actually made a meal of it..I never tasted it, I just took their word that it was good....

People do not eat this. What people eat is the scalded or bleached clean tripe not green tripe. If they tried to eat this they would get sick. IMO

It is tripe, just prepared a different way so it can be eaten....Didn't mean they ate it green...DUH!

Well it is hard to tell with you as you are never clear on anything read your above post. It does not seperate out clean or green and since this is about green then your comments are meant to hijack.
If you would say what you mean about 90% of what you say can be taken a million different ways. I believe it is your way and I have to wonder why.
Now back to discussing green tripe and not human grade tripe.
