Realising that some folk here live in quite remote areas of their part of the world, so I would like to ask how far or how close are you to your nearest Vet?

Ten minute drive but it is about half an hour walk

Well, that's a trick question. The nearest vet is not necessarily one I would use under any circumstances! Right now I live in a pretty urban area and there are many close, but I would not take a worm to a couple of them. Fortunately, there are probably four I can think of right off the top of my head that I would use in an emergency, and are within a 5 - 15 minute drive. The vet that I choose to use for maintenance care is about 45 minutes away.
