Could someone please tell me a resonable or "normal" time frame someone should expect to receive dogs from Europe once the funds have been received. What is the action one can take if they are not received? Where can a complaint be filed if necessary?

The guys I deal with always send them ASAP. within a day or 2. Its not like they didn't know that you where buying the dog. If its been any length of time ...it smells of something fishy... What excuses are they using? It's getting so you can't buy a dog here or there anymore without getting screwed. Your better off going wherever and picking it up yourself when you hand them the money, whether it be here or Europe.....

Mine have generally taken about a week. Shipping has to be arranged.

It depends on who is screwing you. In my case, it's a woman from Hungary,,,,,so far??? It's been over a year,,,maybe she just got lost on the way to the airport. Do they have an airport in Hungary? Maybe I should just pay her a visit and slap her husband in front of her and make him cry.
