How about taking her to the vet and let him tell you if there is anything wrong with her and perhaps he can advise you what to do.

Your email doesn't give much info, but in any case where a dog of any age does not appear healthy or thriving.. you need to run to see a veterinarian!!

Sorry did not mean to offend you, just thought since it is a very young pup and you said her health is not good and obviously you yourself do not know what the cause is, would it not be normal to take your pup to the vet to find out.The reason I did not give you any info is because on the forum people cannot see what your dog is suffering from, perhaps if you describe the symptoms a vet or breeders with such experiences could help you.You were asking if dog food was affecting her health without even describing what the pup was having.

Hi Khan,
To tell you the truth I would not know what to tell you about your dogs eating problem except that recently I had a pup of the same age that would also not eat properly so first of all I went to the vet to have her checked up and when he found that there was nothing wrong with her except for her appetite he gave me a paste from Hill's which I mixed in her food(i use Babydog of Royal Canin)and that did the trick for my dog and now when I go to feed the dogs in the kennel she barks my head off until her food is infront of her.
I do not know if that would help your dog and I also do not know about Yoghurt.Normally the food we give nowadays have everything a dog need in a balanced proportion and the intake of yougurt would mean extra calcium.
I also know that if a dog is not so interested in her food it does not mean that she is not healthy.I do not know what is your feeding patern, how many times a day do you feed her and what quantity,do you feed her anything else other than her food?It is always difficult I am sure that everyone have their own way of dealing with pups that have eating problems.
Perhaps some experienced people here on the forum could give you more advise, anyway i wish your puppy well.

These people are right...it seems as though you need to take her to the vet to be checked out...I have had pups with this but turn out just fine...they're just off their food for a few days...and I've also had them where they have kidney...liver...and other problems and end up not making it...so for the pups sake and also to know that you've done everything that can be done...I would advise you to let a vet look at the little girl...
~Bob~
P.S. If she doesn't eat...you can give her a little brown sugar in water on your finger and sometimes this will stimulate her eating...also Nutri Cal is excellent to help with these type of things...good luck...
