Is this the same Phoenix Sytem, as featured on Baden K9?

Here's a question; what makes the Phoenix System different from any other training methods, what's the basic difference?

The difference is that it builds the handler as much as it does the dog.

I have begun the training with a graduate of Baden.. he is a very educated individual although does not believe in tug play, and or ball retrieve which confuses me.. I find I get more from my dogs when utilizing the area noted. Am I wrong or am I stuck on what I have learned from the past???

What other trainers are using Phoenix other than Baden K9?

I have trained under a graduate of Baden. He introduced me to the Phoenix system. I also have the books and the Phoenix manuals from Baden K-9 and have been interpretinng the training as to how I understand them. I have not been to or met Mike McConnery Sr.
