I fell into an ORIGINAL 1923 publication of Max v. Stehanitz's The German Shepherd in Word and Picture. I feel unworthy to even touch it. It is neatly written in also, training notes and show records for a dog named 'Kaffir'. Luscious... I am blessed.

I found a 1923 (I think?) edition on ebay for $20, it sold for $25, I lost it literally in the last few seconds...and the jerk relisted it for $200.

Mine is just a 1982 reprint I have been looking for the earlier. That is an awesome score.

Crazy enough, the one I found was mixed in with some older books someone found in their attic. They didn't know what they had and I got it for $15. Some of the pages are ripped and taped, someone loved it obviously and the notes inside are awesome. I Love it!
