I bought a german shepherd from Hidden Haus a few years ago. With in a year, she developed a limp. She had to have surgery for elbow dysplasia. Also she has severe hip dysplasia. Keep that in mind when buying from Hidden Haus.

If you mean the Hidden Haus that was located in Washington State, it is long gone.

And I bought multiple dogs from them that have all been fine.

I doubt any dog has produced nothing but perfect hip/elbows.  It could have been caused by something you had done with the dog, or just one of the few who had it.  Any time a dog is bred enough you will see some offpspring with h/d

One thing to keep in mind:  the average stay of a "breeder" in dogs is five years... not even the life of one dog.

It may be a good thing to buy your dogs from long time, well established folks.  Just an FYI.
