Cross-posted from the GSD section. Just a little something I taught my female to do to make my life easier when I work out.

Very clever, I like how observant the dog is about how close others are getting while the owner is doing sit-ups.

Nice dog, nice instincts IMO.

Thanks for the nice comment, everyone ^_^

Taiga is a very alert girl, but pretty well focused by nature. The only thing that actually distracted her was one of those "screamer" nerf footballs that was being tossed around behind me. That's where she sat up for a minute, and I looked to see what it was too. (You can see that in the video.)

I love it how content she is to just be with you on the beach. I take mine, but we rarely chance taking him off lead.

I'm just so-so impressed with the dog....I'm even more impressed with the number of sit ups!  My tummy hurts just watching you.  Seriously, nice platz!  Cute video.

I'm still trying to get my abs back to where they were before I had that dang ol' hernia in '09. Finally I had a great doc put me back together in December, and I started working the dogs again (finally!) in January... but it took my a long time before sit-ups were possible again. Most of it was just rolling on my back like a turtle.
