can any one help with foto,s to display on here cant seem to upload them

Easiest way (at least the way I do it).....

upload your photos to photobucket.com (you must have an account). Then click on the "image icon" above your posting box here on the pdb. (It is yellow and has what looks like a mountain and sun image)

Paste the "direct link" address from the photobucket-stored picture into the url box that will show up when you click on the "image icon." Then go to the "width" space, and put in 500.
Then click OK, and voila!

Only thing I can add is that any photo sharing program will work the same way. I use photobucket, but others use Picasso, Snapfish, etc. Just make sure it's the direct link.
