Any new Flea news ?? Any exceptional flea products.

I haven't had any problems so far and have not treated him yet this year.  If I see a flea, I'll be using Frontline.

Never had a flea problem, ticks yes.

Not using anything this year, ticks have dropped off from what I had in the spring.

Depends on where you live I think when having flea problems, and other animals you may have around.

Travels, are you still feeding raw? Because I find that raw fed dogs don't really get fleas.

I find it hard to believe that what you feed has any bearing on having fleas or not.

If you say so......................

I don't ever use anything with the words Google attached to it so I'll just let it go.

OK, whatever. It's in my organic gardening books, too, but I can't send that info as easily.

It's a tried and true maxim with organic farmers: healthy plants resist pests. I believe it generalizes onto animals as well. I live in a major flea area in CA, and my dogs just do not get them any more. Or worms.

Sorry,
didn't mean to sound curt.

But I don't see any merit in the premise that what a dog eats, given that it is in good health will protect it from fleas.

I find that it has more to do with environment.

sorry VM, I've known people who feed totally raw and they have had a bad season with fleas.

we never have issue's with fleas, but ticks are a problem out here in the country, we have lots of cattle and wild critters that come up
